Dance Aerobics

Dance Aerobics is a great fun class set to current and old school popular music.  The moves can either be performed high or low impact depending on fitness, ability and taking into account any injuries.

It is a brilliant cardiovascular form of exercise, which increases the heart rate, gets you burning lots of calories and is sure to put a smile on your face !

I choreograph 3 simple but effective dance and aerobic combinations which are easy to follow where basic moves are then developed to create a funky, enjoyable and achievable workout.

The routine is changed every 5-6 weeks so that you can get to grips with the movements over the first couple of weeks and then can really go for it as you become more confident.
