Online Class Bookings

Once you have booked, you will be sent an email booking confirmation with instructions of how to access the class. Bookings close 1 hours before class start time – so please book early !

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you have not joined one of Clare’s online classes before, you will need to Read and Sign her Online Training guidelines before you can join the class.

The email sometimes go in to you junk/spam folder, so please add clare@bodywise-fitness.co.uk to your “Safe” list.

I will work within my area of knowledge and expertise and apply relevant health and safety guidelines. If you have any medical conditions or injuries which may affect your participation in the exercise session you should gain consent from your GP prior to participation. I will provide safe and effective instruction to prevent injury and promote health and will give a variety of options where I can to suit different levels of fitness.   

All Participants must ensure: 

  • There is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment or other hazards – a minimum of 4 square metres per person.  
  • Any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed. 
  • There is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration. 

By taking part in exercises online, you are performing them at your own risk. Clare Wren from Bodywise Fitness will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of exercising through Zoom Cloud meetings.
